Recipe
There is a dish that went viral on TikTok using ramen noodles and Asian-style sauces. I wondered what would happen if I reinvented it with some simple ingredients that I think every student would have in their pantry. Did I expect it to be one of the tastiest dishes I’ve made? No. Did I realise that I would now be tossing a bowl together whenever I didn’t feel like cooking a full meal? No. Did both of these things happen? Absolutely! Seriously, try it yourself — it’s not just for students.

Try this dish as a refreshing alternative to your regular potato salad. It might not be the healthiest recipe, but it makes up for that by being incredibly delicious.
This soup combines their flavours beautifully and is a unique affair that will linger hours after consumption. The crunchy pepitas, cheesy nutritional yeast flakes and fresh herbs on top offer a special little adornment that will heighten your joy factor while embellishing a lovely light lunch.
This tasty fennel dish works beautifully as a side dish served with baked fish, chicken or meats. You can also use oven-baked fennel as a pizza topper or to toss through pasta dishes.

This is one of those recipes that just gets better with time! You can cook it up to five days ahead or a few weeks and stash it in the freezer until you need it. It’s also one of those recipes that can be double batched for those nights when you want a hearty dinner but just don’t have time to cook on the day.
