Organic, biodynamic and natural production can all be used to create the perfect glass of alcohol — but what exactly do these terms mean?
organic wine
A commitment to quality, taste and sustainability informs the Angove Family Winemakers’ story and their range of organic wines.
This wine screams summer freshness through its light and bright salmon colour. With an abundance of white peach and honey inviting you in from the first sip. The palate starts full of tropical fruit sweetness with subtle herbaceousness notes, yet it finishes dry in true Salena Estate rose` style.
The careful blending of these two varieties has created a wine of structure and length. Aromas of black currant and cherries abound with a palate of plum and bright cherry flavours with just a hint of spice. Soft with great generous flavours – it has lingering appeal.
Aromas of melon and fresh peach that lead to a delicate palate with hints of pear & honeydew melon. This wine is delicate and balanced with a soft full palate that finishes with richness and length.
Aromas of blackberry and cassis on the nose. Rich blackberry and blackcurrant flavours dominate the mouthfeel that finishes with great length and texture with integrated soft tannins. A generous Cabernet with distinct varietal characteristics.
Scents of sweet dark fruits complement a palate that has great length. Layered with succulent dark berries and soft tannins this is a wine of intensity yet medium to full-bodied in weight with hints of velvety oak characters to complete the long lingering finish.
