I will start by saying that the quest to conquer cancer naturally is far from an easy task. Not only is the challenge to fend off the skeptics, or stop myself becoming one, but to wade through the many choices of therapy available.

Why is support so crucial? In today’s world we live very disconnected, individual lives. We don’t have much to do with our neighbours or communities as in past times and life can be very isolating. Women often find this when they have children when their families are not living near by and all of a sudden they are on their own. We are like a bunch of people all sharing the same area but with no direct contacts with each other. Making things more difficult is the way we tend to hide things from other people. We want to keep our mask on at all costs letting everyone know that we are just fine.
Some foods activate our metabolism, some foods slow us down, some nourish our kidneys, others our heart or liver. So when I come up with a new recipe I usually try and add as many ingredients that are closest to their natural form and that are rich in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and antioxidants and ultimately have a positive impact on our bodies.

It’s a simple technique but it can have a profound effect on changing the elements of yourself that you wish to change and heal past hurts as well. And the great thing is you never outgrow it and it doesn’t cost you a cent.
I strongly believe that you shouldn’t completely eliminate foods to achieve a healthy diet. Focus on what foods you can include to your diet and try substituting the foods you love, rather than cutting out complete food groups.
