Allergy-friendly Dumplings full of Flavour and Goodness

When we discovered our youngest daughter had developed multiple life-threatening food allergies, we found that finding ready-made allergy-friendly dumplings made with clean ingredients as a grocery staple was a real challenge. This took us on an educational journey about where our food comes from, from farm to plate.
After many hours of research and countless months in the kitchen perfecting recipes, we came up with our wholesome gourmet dumplings that are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. Our products are regularly laboratory tested to ensure they contain no traces of these top food allergens which sets them apart from other products. Each ingredient we use is carefully and thoughtfully sourced, from Australian-grown vegetables from local farmers to sustainably farmed grass-fed, free-range meats. Ensuring that our meats come from ethical and responsible farmers is also very important to us as we learned about land degradation, overgrazing and sustainability in farming practices.
Our ethos is to create great-tasting and wholesome Asian food that provides nutritional benefits for the whole family to enjoy. We believe that every time you eat it’s an opportunity to nourish your body. We pride ourselves in being the first Australian-made and owned family business to produce Asian food free from gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. Our products are also free from GMO ingredients, MSG and preservatives, and are endorsed by Coeliac Australia, with vegan and FODMAP-friendly options available.
With the growing number of Australians facing food intolerances and allergies and those seeking to make more nutrient-dense food choices, we wanted to make our unique tasty “pockets of goodness” available to everyone so that busy families can easily pick up a packet of wholesome and tasty allergy-friendly dumplings and have a healthy meal ready at the dinner table. Our dumplings can be pan-fried, steamed or boiled from freezer to plate in 10 minutes.
What are some of the highlights you’ve had in the business to date?
We went from selling our dumplings in Sydney local produce markets to supplying organic, wholefood and independent stores throughout Australia.
We also created a speciality dumpling flour range for the dumpling lovers who want to create their own dumplings with family and friends.
Also, in April 2022, our frozen dumpling range was shortlisted in the Naturally Good Awards in the Best Food Product and Best “Free From” Product categories.
But perhaps the real highlight is the feedback from our customers.
