I was very lucky to be given a personal secret Wakey Shaky recipe from the owner of local Byron Bay brand, Surly Jim’s Cold Brew Coffee. This recipe is a modified version of his favourite morning pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 330mL bottle cold-brew coffee
- 1 handful raw macadamias
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup almond milk
Method
- Place all ingredients in high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
