Tzatziki Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bag mini potatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 bunch dill, chopped, plus extra to serve
- 200g tub Chris’ Homestyle Tzatziki Dip
- Juice 1 lemon, plus extra to serve
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- On the stove, begin to boil some lightly salted water. Once you’ve got a rolling boil, add the mini potatoes. We recommend bite-size pieces for maximum deliciousness. Boil for 12-15 mins until tender.
- Drain potatoes before transferring to a bowl, then add your onion and dill. Add a few generous dollops of Chris’ Homestyle Tzatziki Dip and lemon juice. Season to taste.
- Mix well to combine and top with extra dill and lemons.
