- Green Tea Smoothie
- Handful of baby spinach
- 2 stalks kale, remove ribs
- 1 ripe green pear
- Handful fresh pineapple pieces
- ½ large avocado
- ½ cucumber
- Juice of a lemon
- ½ bunch mint
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 cup chilled organic green tea
Method
- Place ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.
- Add more water if you like a thinner consistency.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
