Ingredients

  • Green Tea Smoothie
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 2 stalks kale, remove ribs
  • 1 ripe green pear
  • Handful fresh pineapple pieces
  • ½ large avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • Juice of a lemon
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup chilled organic green tea

Method


  • Place ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.
  • Add more water if you like a thinner consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
