Timut Pepper and Smoked Paprika Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 80g popcorn kernels
  • 1 tsp timut pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • Zest 1 lemon

Method


  • Heat olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels, cover and cook for 2 mins. Shake pan occasionally and remove from heat when popping noise has stopped.
  • Add the timut pepper, smoked paprika, sea salt, coconut palm sugar and lemon zest to small bowl and mix until combined. Sprinkle over popcorn in saucepan, cover again and give everything a good shake.
  • Serve immediately while popcorn is still warm.
