Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp water
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tsp Activated Nutrients Top Up Women’s Multivitamin+
Method
- Place the raspberries, chia seeds and water in a small pot and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from the heat and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
- Allow to cool completely and stir in the Activated Nutrients Top Up Women’s Multivitamin+
- Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
