Ingredients

  • 250mL unsweetened almond milk
  • 350mL filtered water
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 7-8 large leaves of kale (any kale will do, or you can use any other greens you like)
  • 2-3 kiwifruit
  • 1 large Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tbsp raw honey
  • 1 serve of “Super Greens” or similar green powder that combines spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and wheat grass (or any other combination of micro algae)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 1 serve of hemp seeds
  • 1 serve of vanilla-flavoured protein powder (I use a raw vegan wholegrain brown rice protein)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp of L-glutamine
  • 1 cup of ice

Method


  • Blend well and serve chilled
