Ingredients

  • 100g prawns
  • 1 slice Herman Brot®
  • Lower Carb Bread
  • 5 sugar snap peas
  • ¼ capsicum
  • 2 red chillies
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Juice 1 lemon

Method


  • Prepare fresh prawns and cut into pieces.
  • Dice the snow peas and capsicum.
  • Finely chop the chillies.
  • Combine above ingredients in a hot, oiled non-stick pan and cook until al dente.
  • Add chilli sauce and warm through.
  • Top slice of toasted bread with mix and season with lemon juice to taste.
