Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 green apple
  • 1–2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tbsp Synergy Natural Spirulina or Super Greens
  • 1 tsp of Synergy Wheat Grass Powder
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add honey to sweeten, if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
