Mango Lassi Recipe

I used frozen mango pieces in this recipe as mangoes aren’t always in season. Let the frozen mango pieces defrost slightly before using.

Mango Lassi Recipe

This mango lassi tastes like summer, offering a creamy, refreshing beverage to enjoy at any time. Swap fresh mango for frozen for a year-round treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango pieces, slightly defrosted
  • 1 cup full-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup water

  • Garnishes
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • Handful fresh mint leaves

Method


  • Add all ingredients, except the garnishes, to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately, topped with an extra spoon of yoghurt and fresh mint leaves.
