Sumac-Spiked Prawn Skewers

Ingredients

  • ¼ kg small prawn cutlets
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice & zest 1 lemon
  • Mixed leaves, to serve

Method


  • Heat barbecue over a medium flame.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Thread prawns on skewers and barbecue for a couple of mins on each side.
  • Note: Don’t forget to soak your skewers in water if you’re using wooden ones so they don’t burn up.
