Ingredients
- ¼ kg small prawn cutlets
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice & zest 1 lemon
- Mixed leaves, to serve
Method
- Heat barbecue over a medium flame.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Thread prawns on skewers and barbecue for a couple of mins on each side.
- Note: Don’t forget to soak your skewers in water if you’re using wooden ones so they don’t burn up.
