Steamed Garlic Prawns with Bean Vermicelli

- 10 prawns
- 2 bunches bean vermicelli
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp PRB Premium Deluxe Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp PRB Premium Sweet Vinegar
- 1 tsp PRB Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp PRB Seasoning Wine
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- A few chilli rings
Method
- Cut the whiskers and legs off the prawns, slice down the backs and de-vein. Use the back of a knife to gently pound the prawns until the tendons are loosened.
- Soak bean vermicelli in hot water and drain once softened. Place the bean vermicelli on a plate.
- Boil a pot of water. Steam the prawns for 6-8 mins.
- Arrange the prawns on top of the vermicelli in a circle.
- Mash the garlic, then mix with PRB Premium Deluxe Light Soy Sauce, PRB Premium Sweet Vinegar, PRB Chili Garlic Sauce, PRB Seasoning Wine and salt. Pour the mixture over the prawns.
- Top with chilli rings and chopped scallions, drizzle with hot oil and serve
