- 1 banana

- ¼ cup Table of Plenty Crunchy Fruit Free Nutty Muesli
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt or Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
- Sprinkle cinnamon
Method
- Throw all ingredients together in blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached.
