Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup berries
  • ¼ cup Table of Plenty Crunchy Fruit Free Nutty Muesli
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt or Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Method


  • Throw all ingredients together in blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached.
