Ingredients

  • Oil
  • ½ tsp chopped ginger
  • 250g mushrooms, chopped
  • A few spring onions, chopped

  • Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar

Method


  • Heat oil in frypan and sauté ginger until fragrant. Add mushroom and stir-fry for 3 mins over high heat.
  • Add Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and sugar and keep stirring for 2 mins.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve.
