Ingredients
- Sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tbsp Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar

- 6 boneless pork chops, about 120g each
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Grilled vegies of choice, to serve
Method
- In small bowl, whisk together honey, Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce, oil and Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar until mixed.
- Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and place in large resealable bag with mixed sauce. Seal bag and let rest for 1 hour.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove pork chops from bag, place on grill and cook for about 4 mins until pork chops easily release from grill.
- Flip pork chops and cook for another 5 mins, then serve with preferred grilled vegetables.
