Ingredients

  • Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Cooking Wine
  • Dash salt

  • 15g onions, cut into 6cm long sticks
  • 25g carrots, cut into 6cm long sticks
  • 15g celery, cut into 6cm long sticks
  • 25g coriander, stem & root
  • 15g ginger, grated
  • 200g codfish, about 6x9cm

Method


  • Mix seasoning ingredients together in a bowl or jar.
  • Mix onions, carrots and celery with ginger and coriander. Add seasoning and codfish and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Deep-fry the marinated codfish until slightly golden. Then wrap the codfish in aluminium foil and put into a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10 mins.
  • Take out codfish, dish up then serve.
