Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups self-raising flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup Essential Hemp Flour
- ½ cup Essential Hemp Seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In large bowl, mash peeled bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs, coconut oil, honey and vanilla until combined.
- Sift self-raising flour, Essential Hemp Flour and cinnamon.
- Using spatula, mix wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
- Fold in Essential Hemp Seeds and set batter aside. Line loaf tin with baking paper and pour in batter.
- Smooth top with spatula and bake for 6070 mins until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
