Ingredients
- 1¾ cups The Chia Co. Oats+Chia, Cacao+Coconut
- ½ cup good-quality filter coffee
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 small bananas, sliced
Method
- In bowl, mix together Oats+Chia, hot coffee and almond milk.
- Add a little hot water if mixture is too thick to achieve smooth consistency.
- Add walnuts to small bowl and coat in maple syrup.
- Heat small frying pan to medium heat and fry syrup-coated walnuts for 4 mins or until golden in colour.
- To assemble breakfast parfait, add Oats+Chia mix, banana and walnuts in layers into serving glasses until full.
- Serve immediately.
