  • Smoothie
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1½ cups ice
  • 2 scoops Cabot Health Synd-X Powder

  • Toppings
  • Handful berries or additional fruit
  • 2 tbsp nuts & seeds of choice
  • Sprinkle desiccated coconut

Method


  • Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Dive smoothie evenly between two bowls and top with toppings of choice.
