- Smoothie
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- Juice 1 lemon
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1½ cups ice

Method
- Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
