Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 medium-sized apple
- 1 tsp barley-grass powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp 13 Seeds Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 large kale leaves
- 250mL water or plant-based milk
Method
- Roughly chop banana and apple into chunks. Remove kale leaves from stalk and tear into pieces.
- Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
