Soy Sauce Fried Noodles with Pork

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
  • A few green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Dash white pepper
  • 1 tsp PRB Shiwan Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp PRB Sesame Oil
  • 200g pork, sliced
  • 150g noodles
  • Splash oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 sweet pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
  • Soy Sauce

Method


  • Mix marinade and marinate pork slices for 15 mins.
  • Boil noodles in boiling water until done. Rinse under cold running water and drain well.
  • In a hot pan add oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the meat and fry until done. Add noodles, sweet pepper and seasoning, mix well and sauté for a few mins.
  • Garnish with chopped scallions, then serve.
