Soy Sauce Fried Noodles with Pork
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- A few green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- Dash white pepper
- 1 tsp PRB Shiwan Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp PRB Sesame Oil
- 200g pork, sliced
- 150g noodles
- Splash oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 sweet pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- Soy Sauce
Method
- Mix marinade and marinate pork slices for 15 mins.
- Boil noodles in boiling water until done. Rinse under cold running water and drain well.
- In a hot pan add oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the meat and fry until done. Add noodles, sweet pepper and seasoning, mix well and sauté for a few mins.
- Garnish with chopped scallions, then serve.
