Ingredients
- Shredded leftover roast lamb or lamb shanks
- Pasta sauce
- Cooked pasta (shells, macaroni, spaghetti, fettuccine)
- Handful fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
- Parmesan, to serve
Method
- Add shredded lamb and pasta sauce to your frying pan and heat through.
- Toss through cooked pasta and top with fresh herbs and parmesan.
- Serve with garlic or herb bread.
- Tip: Use leftover bread rolls to make garlic or herb bread.
