Simple Leftover Roast Lamb Pasta

This simple dish is a quick and nutritious way to enjoy leftover lamb.

Ingredients

  • Shredded leftover roast lamb or lamb shanks
  • Pasta sauce
  • Cooked pasta (shells, macaroni, spaghetti, fettuccine)
  • Handful fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
  • Parmesan, to serve

Method


  • Add shredded lamb and pasta sauce to your frying pan and heat through.
  • Toss through cooked pasta and top with fresh herbs and parmesan.
  • Serve with garlic or herb bread.
  • Tip: Use leftover bread rolls to make garlic or herb bread.
