These are crispy chicken wings with an Asian twist and they are finger-licking good! Kids love these wings cold in their lunchboxes or hot for dinner with a side of vegies.

These are crispy chicken wings with an Asian twist and they are finger-licking good!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple-cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp wheat-free tamari
  • 6 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 6 chicken wings

Method


  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • In large bowl, mix vinegar, oil, tamari, stevia, egg, salt and pepper. Add chicken wings to bowl and stir to ensure they’re covered in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Arrange chicken wings in baking dish and pour over one-quarter of marinade mixture.
  • Bake for 30 mins. Pour off any liquid and return to oven for another 5 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
