Seafood Noodle Soup
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks in stir fries or marinades.

Ingredients
- 50g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Restaurant Noodles
- 4 shrimps
- 5 clams
- 700mL hot water
- Green vegetables
- 10g ginger, sliced
- 30g carrot, sliced
- 100g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
- ½ tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil
- Salt & sugar, to taste
Method
- Cook and loosen noodles in boiling water for 3-4 mins to soften.
- Soak the noodles in cold water, drain and set aside.
- Fry shrimp and clams in a pan, then boil for 3 mins in 700mL hot water.
- Add green vegetables, ginger, carrot and mushrooms to the soup and season with seasoning materials. Boil for a few mins.
- Mix the noodles and soup together. Serve.
