This is such an easy recipe, one you can serve with the Spring Onion & Timut Pepper Flatbreads (recipe above) and a protein such as roast chicken. Cauliflower is a nutritional powerhouse; it’s rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, B vitamins, magnesium, folate and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp timut pepper

Method


  • Preheat oven to 200ºC. Grease and line baking tray.
  • Place cauliflower bottom down on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over sea salt, turmeric and timut pepper.
  • Bake for 1 hour until beautiful golden colour and soft inside.
