Ingredients

  • 1 small-medium sweet potato, cut into wedges
  • Oil
  • Sea salt
  • Handful green beans
  • 2–3 tbsp crumbled feta

Method


  • Place wedges on lined baking tray, drizzle with a little oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and bake at 200°C for 20 mins, or until cooked through and starting to caramelise on the outside.
  • Transfer to serving bowl or cup with beans and feta.
