Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts (such as almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and sea salt.
- Add the mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the nuts out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 mins, stirring once or twice, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool completely before serving.
