Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 600g passata sauce
  • 350g store-bought spinach & ricotta ravioli
  • 300g pizza cheese, plus a handful more to top
  • Parsley, for topping

Method


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, combine Italian herbs, salt & pepper and passata sauce
  • In a large baking dish, layer ravioli, sauce and cheese. Repeat layering until all ravioli is used.
  • Finish with remaining handful of pizza cheese to crisp the top of the bake.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 mins. Remove foil and bake for a further 15 mins.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
  • Tip: You can try different raviolis like a meat-based one if the kids prefer.
