Ingredients
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 600g passata sauce
- 350g store-bought spinach & ricotta ravioli
- 300g pizza cheese, plus a handful more to top
- Parsley, for topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine Italian herbs, salt & pepper and passata sauce
- In a large baking dish, layer ravioli, sauce and cheese. Repeat layering until all ravioli is used.
- Finish with remaining handful of pizza cheese to crisp the top of the bake.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 mins. Remove foil and bake for a further 15 mins.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
- Tip: You can try different raviolis like a meat-based one if the kids prefer.
