Quinoa porridge: journey to wellness

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 apples – grated, not peeled.
- ¼ cup almonds – roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pepita seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups macadamia or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- coconut cream to serve
Method
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Serve in bowls topped with coconut cream and extra seeds if desired.
