Use Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries and marinades for an extra flavour infusion. It’s so versatile!

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 fresh red chili peppers, sliced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Method


  • Cut cucumbers into halves, seed and slice into small pieces. Place in large bowl with sliced red chili peppers and set aside.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients in separate bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  • Drizzle sauce over cucumbers and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
