Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 3 tsp red curry sauce
  • 2 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Dash sesame oil
  • Dash cooking oil

  • 800g shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Method


  • Mix together sauce ingredients together, add shrimp and marinate for 30 mins.
  • In pan, heat some oil, fry shrimp until golden then set aside.
  • Add minced garlic, bring sauces to boil and add shrimp. Mix well and serve.
