Peanut Protein Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 150g packet CORN THINS® slices
- 30g peanuts
- 150g pitted dates
- 150g natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- Crushed peanuts for dusting
Method
- Place the CORN THINS® slices into a food processor and blend until a crumb consistency. Add the peanuts, peanut butter, dates and honey and pulse until combined.
- Add the water and pulse until mixture is well combined.
- Place the mixture into a mixing bowl. Wet your hands then make small 30g balls and roll through the crushed peanuts to create a dusting.
- Place the balls on a tray and put into fridge to set for around 20 mins.
