Oyster Casserole
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks in stir fries or marinades.

Ingredients
- ½ onion, sliced
- 100g enoki mushrooms, cut
- 2 tsp chilli oil
- 750g fresh oysters
- Coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 30g garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Gluten Free
- Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Kwangtung Cooking wine
Method
- Mix the garlic with the seasoning and drizzle with chilli oil.
- Fry the onion in a pan until soft, add enoki mushrooms and oyster meat.
- Spread the seasoning sauce on the oyster meat, cover and cook for 5 mins on low heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with coriander.
