Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks in stir fries or marinades.

Ingredients

  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 100g enoki mushrooms, cut
  • 2 tsp chilli oil
  • 750g fresh oysters
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 30g garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Gluten Free
  • Less Salt Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Kwangtung Cooking wine

Method


  • Mix the garlic with the seasoning and drizzle with chilli oil.
  • Fry the onion in a pan until soft, add enoki mushrooms and oyster meat.
  • Spread the seasoning sauce on the oyster meat, cover and cook for 5 mins on low heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with coriander.
