Ingredients
- 500g large pasta spirals
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 700g passata
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 cups grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Spread the pasta spirals over the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
- Scatter the vegetables over the top.
- Pour the passata and the stock over the top and stir through.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover the pasta and give it a stir.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and pop it back in the oven for approx. 10 mins, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
