Nerada Tea Latte Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Nerada black teabags or 2 tsp Nerada loose-leaf tea
- 1 cup plant-based milk or milk of choice
- 5cm piece fresh ginger, finely sliced
- 2—3 tbsp coconut sugar
Method
- Infuse the tea in 250mL boiling water for 2-3 mins.
- Place milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add ginger and bring to a simmer.
- When bubbling, stir in the coconut sugar until dissolved. Pour in the brewed tea and stir to combine then strain and serve.
- Note: You can put the liquid into a milk frother to make it frothy like a latte before serving.
