Marbled Beef Slices in Sour Soup
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.

Ingredients
- 300g marbled beef slices
- 200g enoki mushrooms
- 100g lettuce, sliced
- 15g ginger, chopped
- 15g garlic, chopped
- 3 pcs Dandan pickled green chilli, chopped
- 30g PRB Yellow Lantern Chilli Sauce
- 2 small red chillies, sliced
- 3 green chillies, sliced
- 1.2L water
- 1 tsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp PRB Rice Vinegar
- 5g PRB Golden Label Chicken Powder
- Salt & sugar, to taste
Method
- Boil the marbled beef slices in the hot water for 7 secs, then remove.
- Boil the lettuce and enoki mushrooms in hot water, then place in a bowl.
- Fry the ginger and garlic in a pan, then add the chopped Dandan pickled green chillies and PRB Yellow Lantern Chilli Sauce and fry together.
- Add 1.2L of water to the pan, boil for 1 min over low heat, then add all the seasonings to make a soup.
- Add the boiled marbled beef slices to the soup and boil for 1 min.
- Place the beef and soup into a bowl.
- Fry the small red and green chillies in oil, then pour over the dish.
