Ingredients

  • 1 mango, cubed
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 spoonful (10g) myBrainCo. Gut Repair

    Optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3cm-piece fresh ginger

Method


  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth (approx. 1 min).
  • Gradually add water until desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.
