Ingredients
- 1 cup figs, soaked overnight
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Organic Merchant Spirit Dust
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup fermented rice protein powder
- Pinch salt
Method
- Separate figs from the liquid by straining them. Reserve the liquid for later.
- Combine figs, sunflower seeds, Organic Merchant Spirit Dust, vanilla, protein powder and salt in a food processer until crumbly.
- If the mix is not soft enough (it should stick together when pressed), add a little more of the fig liquid.
- Take a spoon of the mix and roll into balls using your hands. Coat in coconut flakes or another ingredient if you wish.
- Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
