My personal healing journey started recently. Becoming my own friend however, that has been years in the making.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cooled Quinoa – always rinse really well before cooking
  • 1 cup bean sprouts – I used adzuki which was lovely with the quinoa
  • 2 carrots – grated or Julienned
  • handful almonds – activated, toasted and chopped
  • handful fresh parsley – chopped
  • handful fresh mint – chopped
  • ¼ piece of preserved lemon – sliced lengthways
  • 2 tbsp goji berries

Method


  • Assemble salad ingredients in a large bowl
