Elevate your summer spread with these 3 gluten- and guilt-free snacks made with Mayver’s Tahini to satisfy sweet-tooths and savoury-lovers alike!

Ingredients
- 2 radishes
- 3 button mushrooms
- 200g red cabbage
- 200g green cabbage
- 100g cooked corn kernels
- 100g edamame
- 100g pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- Lettuce leaves
- Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lemon juice
Method
- Slice radishes, button mushrooms, red and green cabbage.
- Place into a bowl and mix with the corn kernels, edamame, pomegranate and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add mixture to lettuce cup and drizzle with Mayver’s Hulled Tahini and lemon juice.
