Grilled Peaches with Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, cut in half & deseeded
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • Handful pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Natural yoghurt

Method


  • Place peaches cut side up on baking tray.
  • Drizzle with honey and place under griller.
  • Cook for around 4–5 mins until cooked through.
  • Top with pistachios and serve with natural yoghurt.
