Green Goodness Stir-Fry

This vibrant green dish made with Asian greens from the brassica family will give you a good dose of vitamin A and carotenoids!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
  • Bunch baby pak choy, halved
  • Bunch baby buk choy, halved
  • Bunch broccolini
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • Juice 1 lime
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Method


  • Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium heat with some sesame oil. Add garlic, ginger, chilli, shallots, then broccolini, pak and buk choy and cook for 4-5 mins until they start to go soft. You don’t want them overcooked.
  • Drizzle with tamari and lime juice and toss.
  • Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds.
