Green Goodness Stir-Fry
This vibrant green dish made with Asian greens from the brassica family will give you a good dose of vitamin A and carotenoids!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- Bunch baby pak choy, halved
- Bunch baby buk choy, halved
- Bunch broccolini
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- Juice 1 lime
- Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium heat with some sesame oil. Add garlic, ginger, chilli, shallots, then broccolini, pak and buk choy and cook for 4-5 mins until they start to go soft. You don’t want them overcooked.
- Drizzle with tamari and lime juice and toss.
- Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds.
