Golden Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Turmeric is best absorbed by the body when consumed with some fat, hence the added coconut oil in this smoothie. Try it out!

Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 mango, cut into cubes
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 30g brown rice powder or whey protein powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup water
- Juice 1 lime
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth and golden.
- You can either enjoy this straight away or pop into recycled bottle to enjoy later.
