Ingredients

  • 200g beef
  • 1 tsp PRB Seasoning Wine
  • 1 tsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
  • Salt & sugar, to taste
  • 1g sugar
  • 30g ginger, sliced
  • 1g baking soda
  • 15g scallion, chopped
  • 30mL water
  • 5g garlic, chopped
  • PRB Blended Sesame Oil, to taste
  • Red chilli pieces, to garnish
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 5g cornstarch
  • Oil, to cover
  • ¼ tsp PRB Premium Seasoning
  • Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce

Method


  • Cut the beef into thin slices.
  • Marinate for 20 mins with marinade ingredients, add the cornstarch and cover with oil.
  • Heat 30g oil to 100°C, then fry the beef until it just changes colour.
  • Mix seasoning materials together well.
  • Fry the ginger, scallion, garlic and chilli with the beef, add the seasoning materials and mix well.
  • Serve warm.
