Fish Fillet
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries and marinades for an extra flavour infusion.

Ingredients
- 300g fish fillet, thinly sliced at a 45° angle
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 100mL water
- 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
- Sesame Oil
- 20g spring onion, sliced
- 10g ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
- Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
Method
- Season fish fillet with salt, sugar and white pepper.
- Add water by quantity until the fish gelatinises. Seal with oil.
- Heat oil to 100-120°C on low heat, dip the fish fillet into the oil for 30 secs, remove and put onto a plate.
- Place spring onion and ginger on the top of the fish fillet and pour some hot oil over.
- Season with PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil.
- Serve.
