Elderflower and Blackberry Chia Jam Recipe

Chia jam is one of the easiest recipes you’ll make. You can use any combination of berries, although it doesn’t get more English than blackberry jam!

Ingredients

  • 125g fresh blackberries
  • ⅓ cup elderflower syrup
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds

Method


  • Add blackberries and elderflower syrup to saucepan, bring to boil over low heat and cook until blackberries have broken down.
  • Add chia seeds and mix well until combined. Allow jam to cool and thicken, then pour into glass jar.
  • Will keep in fridge for up to 10 days.
